Andrea Conley, MSN, WHNP-BC
Keeping women healthy for generations to come
We are excited to welcome Andrea Conley, MSN, WHNP-BC, to Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates of Hampton. A native of Newport News, Andrea is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience caring for women in a variety of healthcare settings.
Andrea began her nursing career in 2004 as an ICU nurse at Mary Immaculate Hospital after graduating from Riverside College of Health Sciences. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and transitioned into Labor and Delivery, where her passion for women’s healthcare continued to grow. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 and became a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
As a military spouse, Andrea and her family relocated several times over the years, giving her the opportunity to care for patients in Virginia, Alaska, and North Carolina. She is excited to now be back home in Hampton Roads continuing her commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women throughout every stage of life.
Andrea is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where women feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. In addition to patient care, she has also served as a Clinical Specialist and Contraceptive Medical Device speaker throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. She remains actively involved in professional organizations including Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Professional Interests
Andrea lives in Poquoson with her husband and their Labrador retrievers. Their children are now in college and continue to keep them busy with out-of-state travel and college sports. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and interior decorating.
